Belgium coronavirus restrictions lockdown uk quarantine covid19 travel

Current Status:

The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office currently advises British nationals against all but essential international travel.

Masks: Face masks on all public transport.
Social Distancing: 1.5 meters or wear a mask. Midnight-5am curfew on streets. Cafes & Restaurants are all closed. Alcohol banned after 8pm. Shops and take-aways close at 10pm.
Restrictions: National lockdown announced from 2nd November 2020. Non-essential shops to close, one close contact allowed outside of household.

It must always be completed if you are going to Belgium by plane or boat (no exceptions).

It does not need to be completed if you use another means of transport (train, bus, car, etc.) AND

a) if you stay less than 48 hours in Belgium
OR
b) if you return to Belgium after having spent less than 48 hours abroad.
